Projekt doprinosi poboljšanju zdravstvene skrbi za starije osobe i njihove obitelji u prekograničnim područjima Srbije i Hrvatske. Aktivnosti uključuju modernizaciju infrastrukture i unapređenje terapijskih usluga u bolnicama u Novom Sadu, Apatinu i Lipiku putem nabave robotske rehabilitacijske opreme, edukacije osoblja i osnivanja edukacijsko-konzultativnog centra za podršku pacijentima. Razvijeni web portal s prilagođenim rehabilitacijskim programima će osigurati pristup ključnim informacijama za postbolnički oporavak. Projekt predstavlja važan korak prema boljoj kvaliteti života starijih osoba u ovom području.

- Professional Development: Healthcare professionals will receive specialized training in innovative rehabilitation methods (DNS and Schroth), enhancing treatment quality for patients.
- Community-Based Care: A new educational-consultation center will be established, featuring mobile medical teams to support patients at home. A dedicated web portal will provide tailored rehabilitation programs and guidance for patients and their families
